This is my second camera. I bought my first to study some feral cats thst are no longer so feral since I started studying them. ?. I have used my first camera since February inside and outside. Once I figured out how to get the best detail, at about 12 feet with 20mp photos, I love it. Now, I am using one outside and one inside. Most of my picture needs occur at night and it has worked great.. The video eats through batteries pretty fast, but on photo burst, which has been more than adequate, I am going weeks and it takes 500 to 800 pictures a night. Very happy customer so far.

Easy to use, set up was quick and easy, pics are very clear even the night pics. Can't beat the price for what you get. Quality is great. I plan on buy several more for my property.

Works well and is in opinion the best bang for buck in this area. You can pay more and could get extra features that you don't need, but this unit works and is solid.

Purchased this to find out what was stealing my suet cages. I asked my friends who hunt what I could expect to spend in a trail cam to figure out what it was and they told me at least $100..At $50 I felt like I was taking a big gamble but it paid off! I was able to catch my culprit (see attached images) and even get shots of the other suburban wildlife. It doesn't always get the clearest pictures and the sensor isn't the most sensitive. I have it about 15ft away from my feeders and it manages to get pics of squirrels and some birds but misses others. This could be due to the distance and size of my subject. Don't be taken in by the marketing images too much, you definitely will not be getting those safari level images out of this $50 rig but it's good enough for some enthusiast level backyard photography.One thing regarding the design - the SD card slot faces downward. This is a pretty big nuisance for trying to remove the card IMO. Almost every time if I don't use two hands (one to depress card, one cupped underneath) it will launch the card into the grass. I could definitely see a hunter or tracker in the woods losing multiple cards in the twilight hours. Should consider moving the card slot to the side of the device in future iterations.

I misplaced my old trail cam that I bought last year, so I was looking for a new one. I always read the reviews before I buy anything. The reviews and pictures were great, so I decided to buy it. I feed the a small colony in my yard and I noticed that the cat food was disappearing faster then normal. Well I discovered that I had a opossum and a raccoon visiting the cats feeding station. So I decided to feed the wildlife in a separate area and I wanted to see who all stops by.I was so excited when I seen a gray fox stop by, not to mention the opossums and raccoons. This is a great trail cam if you want to know who visits your yard at night. I love how it has a time/date stamp.

Built in screen allows for quick setup and viewing. Haven't tried all of the settings but seems to take good pictures and video with audio.

?Easy to set up, decent video quality, not so much the still images. Completely weatherproof. 8 AA batteries lasted several months for hundreds of clips. Can??t go wrong for the price point.

Takes good pictures and batteries last a while. My only dislike is that you can't accurately see the filming position. You aim and hope for the best.

This camera eats up batteries at a ridiculous rate. The pictures are clear, but its not worth the cost or hassle of constantly replacing 8 batteries. It's been 30 days and we've gone through 16 batteres...are its not taking many pictures...no videos. I would like to return it but my 30 day window has expired.
